Exhibitor Information and Application for the 2017 Energy Storage and Microgrid Conference
The 2017 Energy Storage and Microgrid Conference wants to provide companies, professional service firms, pitching companies, sponsors, non-profit partners and others the unique opportunity to interact with attendees. Accordingly, we are making available a limited number of table-top exhibit spaces for the conference.
Exhibitor space will be located in the large foyer area at the entrance to the plenary hall, an area that will be used for conference registration, the morning break, the afternoon break, and the evening reception. The objective to to create maximum exposure for each exhibitor across the entire day of the conference.
Exhibit Table Description - Each table is an 8' by 3' table with a black fabric covering over each table. If a table is not preferred, sace will be made available in place of a table.
Deadlines - Exhibitor agreements and payments are due by the end of business on September 6, 2017. The agreement form is provided below and payments can be made through the registration website.
Exhibit Hours - The conference begins with a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 11, 2017, and concludes at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2017. It is expected that exhibits will be set in place for the duration of the conference.
Setup / Tear Down - Setup can take place prior to the start of the conference, i.e., before 7:30 a.m., Monday, September 11, 217, or set up during the evening prior to the conference, Sunday evening, September 10, 2017. Tear Down takes place after 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 11, 2017.
